Can I change my address on the order?

Address changes cannot be made to your order. We are not liable for any inaccuracies in the information provided for your order. Please ensure that the details you enter are both complete and accurate.

Can I return, exchange, or cancel my order?

All sales are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-cancelable once shipped.

If my order is damaged/misprinted/defective when I recieve it, what should i do?

If you receive a damaged/misprinted/defective item in your order, please send an email to support@dragontier.com with your order number, along with a photo of both the item and the invoice slip enclosed in your package. All claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

My order shows it is being returned to sender, what now?

Failure to provide accurate information or ensure someone is available to receive the package may result in non-replacement for returned packages.

What If an order gets lost in the mail?

Regrettably, we lack authority over the handling and delivery of your package once it leaves our facility. We suggest reaching out to your local postal service or post office for information regarding your package's whereabouts.
